Mrs. Herzog is a K-12 credentialed music educator and developed Cold
Spring's music program to adhere to the California State Standards in
music. She has been teaching at Cold Spring School for 16 years.
Currently Mrs. Herzog teaches the 4-6th grade music classes and
conducts the Cold Spring Chorus.
Also an accomplished pianist, Mrs. Herzog has accompanied many local
choirs, churches, and schools, soloists, and ensembles. She is an active member of theadvisory
board of Santa Barbara Vocal Jazz Foundation and teaches vocal jazz
workshops throughout the Santa Barbara area. Mrs. Herzog is also the
musical director Santa Barbara Youth Theatre and an adjunct professor at Westmont
College.
Her husband, Dan, and their 4 year old son, Tyler, also enjoy music and
are Mrs. Herzog's biggest fans along with Millie the dog!
