Breakfast and Lunch Program Update

Last week, we shared that we are very excited to partner with Koji Nomura of NuCuisine for our Universal Meals Program.  We will be offering breakfast and lunch to all interested families.

We are ramping up for this new service.  The projected start date has been delayed due to some logistical challenges.  We expect to roll out the program during the week of October 31st or November 6th.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  For those of you who completed the survey last week, the new start date will be announced shortly.  For those of you currently receiving meals through the Santa Barbara Unified program, your child will continue to receive those meals and will automatically roll over into the NuCuisine Program..

Please contact Coral Godlis, cgodlis@coldspringschool.net, if you did not complete the survey and would like to participate in the NuCuisine Program (anticipated start date to be announced shortly).  You may also contact the school office,  (805) 969-2678, if you have any questions.

Message from Montecito Water District about Water Conservation in Montecito

Montecito Water District customers need to reduce their water usage, and need to do it now. Usage continues to be 10-15% above budget, and if it does not rain, this type of overuse could contribute to a lack of water availability as soon as 2023.  Reducing landscape irrigation is the most important thing you can do to keep water use within budget. Most water use is outdoors, and water supplies are limited Statewide due to extreme drought conditions.

Thank you for conserving water.

You can find more information at Montecito Water District’s website: www.montecitowater.com
