Dear Community,
This morning, we kicked off the "Leader in Me 7 Habits" with Habit 1: Be Proactive. We reviewed examples of what it means to be Proactive vs. Reactive. We also discussed how we are all in charge of our own actions, "You're in charge of who you are."
I have attached the PowerPoint I shared with the students for your review as well as some reflection questions. At the end of the assembly, every student received a compact mirror with the phrase "I can see the leader in me" as a reminder that we are all leaders. We all share an equal part in the school and community we want to create for ourselves and each other. Thank you for your continued partnership.
