  • Wednesday, November 1:  Pajama Day - Students are invited to wear their pajamas to school.

The Fall Festival will be held on Friday, October 27th from 2:30-5:30 PM. All families and community members are invited to attend.  Students will be dismissed from school early at 12:30 PM. Very important:  Dolphin Center is canceled due to the event setup. Please plan to pick up your child immediately after school at 12:30 PM.

Important Safety Message to Parents

The sun is low in the sky and getting lower. DRIVE BELOW THE SPEED LIMIT in low light conditions. Better yet, walk or bike to school.

South County School Attendance Review Board - School Attendance
School Attendance is required by law for all children. At Cold Spring, all students are expected to be on campus by 8:22 AM (Warning Bell) and ready to enter the classroom by 8:25 AM (School Start Bell). A student is considered tardy after 8:25 AM.
John Savrnoch, the District Attorney for the County of Santa Barbara, has asked all Superintendents to remind their parent communities of the legal school attendance requirements. Please note that a student is considered truant if he/she misses more than 30 minutes of instruction three times during the school year or is absent three full days without a valid excuse (family vacations are not a valid excuse). Thank you in advance for supporting your child’s school success by ensuring they arrive at school on time and ready to learn. If you would like to review the truancy information provided by the District Attorney, click here for the link.

Lost and Found

The lost and found is overflowing with sweaters and jackets. It is located in the hallway by the library if you would like to check to see if anything belongs to you. Thank you!
