Dear Cold Spring Families,
This morning, Cold Spring Elementary was highlighted in The New York Times district comparison data and our school district was shown, quite literally, off the charts.
While this is certainly a moment to celebrate our exceptional student achievement, it is also a moment to recognize what makes Cold Spring so special: our people.
I am deeply grateful for our incredible School Board members, who stand beside me in every decision we make on behalf of students. I am grateful for our dedicated teachers and staff, who bring excellence, care, and high expectations to school each day. And I am especially grateful for you, our Cold Spring parents and families, who support our school in every possible way.
You give your time, your resources, your trust, and your partnership. We saw that again this week at our Track Meet, and we will see it again tomorrow at our Art Fair. These moments reflect the heart of Cold Spring: a community that shows up for children.
Together, we continue to demonstrate what excellence in education can look like when a school community is united around one purpose: giving every child, every opportunity, every day.
